What is your definition of SELF LOVE.
Do you ever ask yourself what is self love to you.
All around us we see everyone's definition of it but do you ever ask yourself what SELF LOVE is to us. For me its about how I see myself in all I do, how I treat myself and how I treat those around me. We were never taught to love ourselves growing up because it ended up looking as if we are selfish but the truth is it's the opposite.
If we don't love ourselves first how are we to love those around us.
Take the time today to really see what YOUR definition to self love is and act on it make sure its true to you and study it for yourself. In order to heal and love the world we have to start from within.
